Aga Szot
Aga Szot is a visionary artist whose work revolutionizes the way we engage with visual art—transforming passive viewing into active emotional connection. She redefines art’s role in our lives, blending creativity with community to nurture emotional well-being and cultural reflection.

Aga Szot – Artist of Connection, Culture, and Creative Courage
Aga Szot is a multidisciplinary artist whose bold, emotionally charged work explores the depths of human connection, identity, and belonging. With a foundation in both science and the arts, Aga weaves psychological insight, sociological observation, and poetic storytelling into every piece she creates. Her artistic process is deeply interactive—transforming the viewer from passive observer into an active participant, emotionally and intellectually engaged.
Rooted in a belief that art can change lives, Aga has spent over a decade building spaces where creativity becomes a shared experience. From co-founding The Icon Factory and The Icon Walk in the heart of Dublin, to opening her live studio installation Aga Szot Studio, she’s made art radically accessible, visible, and alive in public spaces.
Aga’s work is known for its layered textures, handwritten elements, and striking figuration—revealing fragments of personal and collective experience. As an artist, educator, and cultural innovator, she continues to redefine what it means to engage with art in the modern world.
From public art to education, from studio to street, Aga Szot has become a cultural catalyst, blending beauty with purpose, and art with human connection.
